Welcome Back Teachers - Now Rebuild Our Children's Foundation For Success

!±8± Welcome Back Teachers - Now Rebuild Our Children's Foundation For Success

As summmer grinds to an end, school looms in the immediate future for children, teenagers and teachers. This past year has not been a good one, and the summer was tainted not only with rain and high humidity, but a near depression like economy. With fewer vacations, weeks at camp and even chances to do much close to home, many are probably looking forward to going back to the confines of their schools.

Many youngsters have seen their parents savings and income diminished and the feeling of hopelessness can easily be absorbed. We all know that better times are ahead, but it is up to our fine teachers to keep spirits and brains motivated. Our latest generation of students represents the future that will keep rebuilding our nation out of the rut it is in now.

As a school administrator, principal or even PTA parent volunteer, it is important to start the school year off by making sure your teachers have been rallied for success. They too have suffered pay cuts, rising healthcare costs and other woes that plague us all. Teachers will be the catalyst for a new wave of scientists, doctors, lawyers, businessmen and future educators.

Hold a little welcome back to school breakfast or lunch for your school staff members and hand out some motivational gifts that will be used and seen every day of the week. Tote bags, backpacks and travel mugs with your school name, mascot and a phrase of praise will act as a constant reminder of the task at hand. Imprinted desk accessories like staplers, tape dispensers, clip holders and mouse pads are also excellent vehicles for your message.

These gifted professionals have a great responsibility to the community and your children. Help them get off to a great start!
